Specs your team can actually decide on.

A room for each change, a named owner for each question, and a record of every decision in your repository.

01 · The record

The record lives in your repository.

Every decision, comment thread and signature is committed as readable YAML, in the name of the person who decided, at the moment they decided. Nobody can change it afterwards.

Sarah Bennett · decision: CL-014 answered1a2b3c4

Sarah Bennett · signoff: product on spec.md9f2c1ab

David Clarke · thread: dissent on spec.md4c8e21f

02 · The room

Specs look like documents, not raw markdown.

Comments sit beside the sentence they are about. Text from the AI arrives in pencil, and becomes ink only when a named person accepts it.

03 · The router

Every open question goes to one named person.

A question gets an id and one owner, chosen by your policy file. Work stops until it is answered. If the owner is away, an admin can answer, under their own name.

promptly a number

This halts the phase until it is answered.

04 · Sign-off

Signatures that notice.

A signature covers the text it was given on. If a sentence changes, the signature goes stale, and you re-read only what changed. Nobody signs from the table without opening the document.

05 · Your desk

Nothing waits on you without you knowing.

One page shows what waits for you across every workspace. Questions also reach you by email or Slack, with the answers as one-click buttons.

See it on your own repository.
